Since many years Norbert Specker is a member of of the jury for the annual Global Media Awards. This year the congress that also hosts many of the entries from around the world takes place in Berlin from May 5 – 8 2026. The jury work has been particularly intensive on entries that show how generative AI has been successfully used on the regional and national level. As the speed of further development in the AI moves at high speed – the development of the media industry to use it is demanding on many levels.
